When is the ionic detox foot bath really necessary?
I bought an Ionic Detox foot bath, after hearing much great reviews from the upscale spas. It is really good for detoxification of metals for your body through your feet. I had the treatment at a spa ($75) and was amazed at how I felt afterwards. So I bought and have had a treatment at home. The water changed color, as promised (claiming that was the color of the toxins are drawn out of my body), but I have read so many things online about using it at the wrong times.
The systems developed in our body to remove metabolic products is the elimination system. As your skin is your body’s largest organ, it only makes sense that when you are due for a detoxification an ionic footbath is in order. Our skin is not made to carry this type of waste but it is capable of expelling.
