How effective are herbal detox foot baths?
Recently I've been very bloated and I would almost have to hold water. I was thinking of taking a diuretic / Water pill, but someone suggested an herbal foot bath would be more efficient to produce toxins. You wonder how well they work, and one of the better could be done. Thank you very much! Also, it would be at home, do yourself to be OK or would you suggest a professional do it?
